Why does SEO appeal to you so much?

I am competitive and I like a challenge. SEO isn’t about beating the search engines; it is about beating the competing sites. The process is very analytical and the results are measurable.

When you are not up to your elbows in keywords what do you do?

I am fascinated by my two children; I love watching them grow and discover new things. I enjoy spending time with my partner, going to the gym (when I can) and I have a passion for cooking.

Three things that make you tick?

Information – I have this desire to know everything there is to know about a topic until I can answer all of my own questions. My two children – they are often the source of a whole new set of questions.

Favourite food?

Thai food. I recently spent a month travelling around Thailand and their food is always readily available, very fresh and bursting with delicious flavours.

If you could host a dinner with any three people, who would you choose and why?

Al Gore, his passion for the environment is nothing short of inspirational, Richard Branson to liven things up and Warren Buffett to talk about investing and his views on the future of the global economy.

If given the chance to skip work for a day, how would you spend the entire day?

I would head out to a beach side café for some brunch with the family followed up with a swim at one of our local surf beaches. I would most likely spend the afternoon having a BBQ with our good friends and enjoying a glass of wine.
