What is an SEO Maintenance Plan?
Our SEO Maintenance Plans were created for websites like yours that have an established page 1 search engine ranking and strong online presence and only require a moderate level of ongoing “defensive” SEO services to maintain your position at the top of the Search Engine results. Alternatively, you may want to start expanding your range of keywords and increase your online market share in different market segments.

How do we go about it?
A Senior SEO Works Business Analyst will be assigned to your project, working closely with you and liaising with you regarding our recommendations, documentation and implementation; for quality assurance purposes, all recommendations are reviewed by the SEO Works Executive Team prior to being presented to you.

The SEO Works Business Analyst will be reporting to you regularly in regards to your page ranking, any supplementary keywords or landing pages required and additional link submissions targeting new keyword phrases. A monthly SEO report will be provided to you detailing your keyword ranking and general SEO performance.

What does an SEO Maintenance Plan include?

• Ongoing SEO fine tuning of your website including review of title, description, alt and keyword tags for all information pages from your initial SEO Package plus 2 additional pages
• Research and identify a further 2 keyword phrases to be targeted - these keyword phrases then produce many more unique keyword combinations
• Search Engine Optimisation of 2 existing pages or creation of Search Engine-friendly "landing" pages to target keyword phrases as required
• 25 additional theme based, relevant link submissions targeting new keyword phrases
• Monthly keyword ranking and SEO performance reporting
• Requires completion of an initial SEO Package

How much will this cost?
A SEO Maintenance Package is $1190* per month and requires completion of an initial SEO Package.

What are the ongoing costs?
Your SEO Maintenance Plan is highly flexible. Your commitment is simply from month to month as required with no long term contracts or onerous terms and conditions. You can continue with an active ongoing program or strategically take up this plan as required. You can even pause your maintenance activities or request a quarterly maintenance review. Depending on our project schedule, we can usually commence within 10 days of receiving your formal commitment to proceed.

How soon can we start?
If you decide to proceed, you will receive a simple, plain English agreement confirming all the deliverables. Depending on our project schedule we can usually commence within ten days of receiving your sign off.
